RYSE Floors Terms and Conditions for Website and Showroom Orders
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the RYSE Floors website, showrooms, contractor accounts, and flooring services in Florida and Georgia. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
RYSE Floors may approve, deny, suspend, or close a contractor or retail account at its discretion if information is incomplete, a license cannot be verified, or the account is used in a way that breaks these terms or applicable law.
Prices shown online or in a showroom can change without notice. A price is not guaranteed until RYSE Floors confirms the order. Contractor pricing is confidential, applies only to approved licensed accounts, and is not a public discount for retail shoppers.
Inventory counts are updated often but are not a guarantee. A color can sell out, move to special order, or be discontinued after you view it online. Confirm carton counts with the nearest showroom before you schedule demolition or installation.
Every order is subject to acceptance. RYSE Floors may cancel or change an order for inventory shortages, pricing errors, discontinued products, or suspected fraud. We will contact you using the email or phone number on the order if that happens.
RYSE Floors accepts returns and exchanges in the United States for defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery or showroom pickup when cartons are new, unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Returns and exchanges may be completed in store or by mail. We may provide a download-and-print return label, or you may arrange the shipment. Approved returns carry a 30% restocking fee, outbound shipping is not refunded, and refunds are processed within 45 days after inspection.
Inspect every carton before installation. Installing the material means you accept the product, including normal color variation between dye lots. RYSE Floors will not accept claims for visible defects, shade differences, or quantity shortages after the floor is installed.
You may cancel an order before it is fulfilled or shipped. Special-order and custom products cannot be canceled once production, allocation, or shipment has begun. Ask the showroom if your color is stocking or special order before you pay.
RYSE Floors offers local delivery from our showrooms and shipping on select products. Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays from manufacturers, carriers, weather, or supply issues do not create a right to damages, cancellation fees against us, or a refund of material that is still coming.
Shipping and delivery fees vary by city, order size, and product. Pickup at the Atlanta or Clearwater showroom avoids freight when you can haul the cartons. Large contractor orders can be staged for job-site delivery when the showroom confirms a window.
We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, ACH, and checks. Orders must be paid in full unless RYSE Floors has approved other terms in writing. Contractor accounts that fall past due may lose wholesale pricing until the balance is current.
Manufacturer warranties apply where the brand provides them and vary by collection. RYSE Floors provides a one-year labor warranty on eligible installation work unless a written agreement says otherwise. Warranties do not cover flooding, structural movement, abuse, or poor maintenance.
RYSE Floors’ liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. We are not liable for lost profits, project delays, extra labor, reinstallation, or other indirect or consequential damages.
Customers and contractors are responsible for confirming measurements, waste factor, color, wear layer, and suitability before purchase. If you are unsure, visit a showroom, take a sample, or request an estimate so the scope is written down before material leaves the warehouse.
RYSE Floors may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the website, an account, or showroom services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have questions about orders, returns, warranties, or contractor accounts, contact the showroom that will fulfill the job or email the address listed on our Locations page. These terms are meant to keep pricing, inventory, and installation expectations clear for everyone.
